As we become a more global economy, teams are becoming more "virtual." What is a virtual team? The definition of a virtual team
is a team that has geographically dispersed membership, so that while they have
the basic elements of a team (common goals, committed members, shared leadership,
etc.) but they don't meet face-to-face on a regular basis.
